Why Calibrate Your Torque Tool?
Calibration of torque instruments is essential to maintaining their accuracy and longevity. Performing a calibration ensures that the instrument remains compliant with its stipulated standards thereby also ensuring that measurements are as accurate and reliable as possible. Without a calibration general wear and tear can have a detrimental effect on the tool’s internal workings, potentially leading to incorrect, and therefore unreliable, readings.

Our technicians are vastly experienced, and operate in our workshop here in Stallingborough, which is fully equipped with all the necessary equipment to repair and test tools and equipment. Apart from the repair of tools and equipment used in the Engineering Industry, we also offer to repair tools that are commonly used at home.

The equipment we have available for hire consists of Pneumatic Tools and Electric Tools which includes lighting and power distribution equipment, Hydraulic lifting equipment and pipe working solutions. We also offer a comprehensive range of hand tools for hire.
Our staff have a wealth of knowledge and experience of the equipment required for project and maintenance work within the petrochemical Industry. Therefore, we are able to offer expert advice when needed.
As a tool hire company we have invested in the preferred test and calibration equipment, and maintain a training program to ensure that our technicians are remain abreast of developments, and are therefore able to offer best advice and guidance.
All our equipment is backed up by full maintenance and repair schedule whereby all equipment is fully tested before being supplied to our Customers. Test certificates (where applicable) are available upon request, and are generally supplied to sites to conform with specific site safety standards.
PAT (Portable Appliance Testing)
PAT testing or portable appliance testing is an important part of any health & safety policy.
Our PAT Testing service is designed to test for any electrical faults or potentially dangerous electrical items in your workplace & complete minor repairs, all with one quick visit.
You can rely on our fully qualified and experienced PAT testers to provide a thorough examination of all portable electrical appliances on your premises, keeping you safe and fully compliant.
Our service was introduced to help companies and sub-contractors comply with Electricity Work Regulations.
To meet these regulations, it is necessary to have in place a program of inspection and electrical safety testing of portable appliances. This requires electrical equipment to be tested on a periodic basis. The responsibility lies with both companies and all sub-contractors and the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974) places such an obligation on companies to provision of electrical equipment in a safe standard.
Our PAT GUARD3 system offers our customers peace of mind with a service which offers a regular testing and certification program which will ensure the compliance of both the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), and that of the Management of Health and safety at work regulations (1999).
Upon completion we can immediately download the test certificates and email them to our customer, and retain their test records on file, to remind our customer of an approaching renewal date to ensure they are never out of compliance.
We offer the choice to fit a Scafftag inspection tagging system for all your PAT inspection needs. This will Improve your workplace communication with PAT testing tags, inserts and holders.
